Additional charges
Drop off or pick up between 4pm - 5pm: $50
Drop off and pick up between 8am and 4pm is free of charge.
Drop off or pick up after 5pm: $60 plus additional fees at $60 per hour
Drop off and pick up between 8am and 4pm is free of charge.
Medication: $3 per dose
We'll do our best to administer medications but we won't risk our safety if your pet is uncooperative.
Special meal: $4 per meal
Dine, Fancy Feast or tuna for your cat, and meat or dog roll for your dog.
Meals provided by you: $3 per meal
Please label any meals you bring in for your pet.
Additional meals: $3 per meal
Additional standard meals for pets with big appetites.
Comfortis flea treatment: $30
If your pet has fleas we reserve the right to provide this treatment and add the charge to your bill.
Professional dog washing service: $20 + service provider's fee
We can arrange for a professional dog washing service to visit Bendora to wash and groom your dog. Our preferred service provider is Little Hiccups Mobile Pooch Parlour.
Things to keep in mind
Minimum stays for public holidays
The following charges apply as minimum stays for public holidays, regardless of the length of your pet's stay:
- Long weekends: 3 days
- Easter: 4 days
- Christmas (18 December - 5 January): 6 days
Discounts
We'll give you a discount of 10% if the total fee for one stay is $700 or more. This discount does not apply between 18 December and 5 January.
We do not offer discounts for seniors, pensioners or animal rescue organisations.
Please arrive on time - we close at 4pm daily
Please arrive in time to drop off or pick up your pet and leave before we close at 4pm. Allow time for paperwork, payment, discussion and settling in, keeping in mind that we may have other customers with us too. Additional charges apply for drop offs and pick ups after 4pm - please see above.
Bring vaccination records with you
It is your responsibility to bring your vaccination records with you, or email them through to us. We can't always contact your vet on your behalf. Adult cats must have received an F3 vaccination within the last 12 months. Adult dogs must have received a C3 vaccination within the last 3 years and a kennel cough vaccination within the last 12 months. If you have a kitten or a puppy or you're just not sure, please give us a call.
Label toys, meals and personal items
This helps us to get everything home safe with you again.

If you don't have a lead or safe carry box, please leave your pet in your car - we'll lend you one
Your pet's safety is our first priority.
If you have concerns about your pet when you pick them up, please tell us at the time
It's much easier for us to discuss your concerns when your pet is still with us. If you have any concerns later, please give us a call.
A deposit is required for stays of more than 2 weeks
Also, if your pet is staying for a long period, we require regular monthly payments.
The office is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday
We'll have staff on site to look after your pets, but we don't accept pick ups or drop offs on these days.
