Christmas bookings

The 2024 Christmas period at Bendora runs from 18 December 2024 — 5 January 2025 inclusive

Bendora Christmas booking conditions apply to all bookings that start or end in our Christmas period

Christmas period bookings open on 1 September each year

Full payment for Christmas bookings is due by 30 November at the latest. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the Christmas period that are not paid in full by 30 November

After 30 November we have a strict no refund policy for changes or cancellations to Christmas bookings

There is a minimum charge of six days during the Christmas period

You may arrange with us to drop your pet off later or collect them earlier than the dates you booked, but you will not be entitled to any refunds

A $50 fee applies if you cancel your Christmas booking before 30 November. We’ll deduct the admin fee from your refund amount

The Bendora office is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We'll be on site to care for your pets but we won’t answer the phones or accept drop offs or pick ups on these days
